What we collect: the details you enter in a form (name, email, organisation, your message and preferences) and, if you book a call, your calendar booking details.

Why: to reply to your request and prepare a proposal (pre-contractual steps, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), and, for Deal Brief subscribers, to send the brief on the basis of your consent (art. 6(1)(a)).

Processors: Cloudflare (website hosting) and Google Workspace (email, calendar bookings, and storage of form submissions in Google Sheets). Transfers outside the EU rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Retention: enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted after 12 months; subscriber data until you unsubscribe.

Your rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, and withdrawal of consent at any time, by emailing hello@m3trl.com. You can complain to the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), cnpd.public.lu.
